Q1. Why am I seeing "No Batch Assigned"? +
Your profile hasn't been mapped to a specific batch by coach/sports science professional. Access enables automatically after SAI Center mapping.
Q2. Will my data be visible after assignment? +
Yes. Training plans, wellness inputs, nutrition plans, and reports become visible after successful assignment.
Q3. Do I need to reinstall the app? +
No action required. Log out and log in again, or refresh the app to view updates.
Q4. Who should I contact for faster resolution? +
For quickest resolution, we recommend contacting your respective SAI Center Coach or Sports Science professional directly, as they manage batch and center assignments.
Q5. Is AMS Core responsible for assigning batches or centers? +
AMS Core serves as a digital platform. Batch and center assignments are managed by the respective SAI Centers and authorized personnel.
Q6. Who can currently log in to the AMS Core Mobile Application? +
At present, AMS Core login access is available to athletes who are officially registered and mapped under a Sports Authority of India (SAI) Training Center.
Q7. Is NSRS registration required to log in? +
Yes. Athletes must be registered in the National Sports Repository System (NSRS) to be eligible for AMS Core access.
Q8. I have an NSRS ID. Why am I still unable to log in? +
Having an NSRS ID is a prerequisite, but access to AMS Core also requires the athlete to be mapped to an active SAI Training Center under applicable schemes. Once this mapping is completed, login access becomes available.
Q9. Are Coach, Training Center, or Sports Science Team logins available? +
These role-based logins are part of the AMS roadmap and will be introduced in upcoming.
Q10. Will existing athletes need to register again when new roles or features are introduced? +
Existing athlete profiles will continue to function as intended. Future enhancements will be introduced through official updates without affecting current athlete access.

Account Deletion Process

Q11. How does "Delete Account" work? +
Deletion request raised to AMS Core team, scheduled after 3-day review period.
Q12. What happens during 3-day review? +
Delete button becomes "Revoke Request". Account marked but accessible. Revoke anytime within 3 days.
Q13. What if I revoke the request? +
Request cancelled, account active, no data lost. New request starts fresh 3-day period.
Q14. When is deletion permanent? +
If not revoked within 3 days, account and data permanently deleted per data policies.
